We visited Box Drop Furniture this weekend and were met with friendly and professional staff. They answered all of our questions, went above and beyond and helped think about the layout in our own living room and then when asked to reconfigure the layout to see if something else would work better they happily tried something else. We went home and decided to buy the couch the very next day. They helped process everything and even arranged delivery within 24 hours of purchase. Once they delivered the couch, they not only made sure the couch was great, but also the rug underneath to ensure it all looked good. From start to finish this place was professional, friendly and super helpful. The couch was a great price for a new high end couch. We got a super nice sectional for a really good price. The family running the store is extremely helpful and went above and beyond with their customer service. We went in on a Sunday, asked when we could get it delivered, they responded with, "Oh sorry it might be a little later, will this Wednesday work?" Yes a three day delivery was way better than the 4 to 6 weeks the big box stores offer. Highly recommend and we will definitely swing by again for our next furniture purchase.

Have heard great things about this family owned business! How accommodating they are and how invested they are in helping you find the right fit for your home and family. We were in the market for a new couch, something that would work with three littles and pets. We were welcomed in with big big smiles by their whole family and instantly felt like — they get us. Found the perfect couch to fit our spot, they’ve been so kind from offering to stay later for us to pick up which then lead to “we can drop it off for you all tomorrow if that’s easier.” Was a win for all! Great family owned company to support in Whatcom county!
